Terms of Service

Membership is granted by application and interview only. Cohorts are capped at 10 active seats. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission.

Membership fees are stated in your formal invitation and billed for the agreed term. Access to the origination architecture, live deal clinics, and the Dealmaker Guild is granted for the paid membership term.

All materials — scripts, data workflows, target lists, deal memo structures, and fee agreement frameworks — are proprietary and licensed for the member's own practice only. Redistribution or resale terminates membership without refund.

Nothing in the Syndicate constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. Members are responsible for their own regulatory and licensing compliance in their jurisdiction.

Solicitation of members by service vendors or software providers is prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
